Male genital cosmetic surgery

Male genital surgery is defined as the presence of harmony between its different anatomical components: penis width, penis length, mons pubis and appearance of the scrotum.

Each of these structures can receive different treatments depending on how it is affected. Each patient is different and we have to adapt to the anatomical peculiarities and the overall context of each patient. It is an area that needs to be individualized for each case.

Penis width

The penis can be enlarged and gain up to 2 cm in diameter with fat grafts or dermo-fat grafts obtained from the patient himself. This is the most important factor on a sexual level.

Penis length

It can be lengthened by removing the penis retaining ligament that keeps it attached to the pubis. A plasty is also performed on the mons pubis to add skin to the penis and thus make it longer.

Mount of Venus

In this anatomical area we can have two opposite effects: excess fat, or fat atrophy and sagging. Excess fat is usually treated with liposuction. Fat atrophy and sagging skin usually appear in the same patients, since one leads to the other; the best way to treat it is by tightening the skin with a mini abdominoplasty (or if necessary, in the context of a full abdominoplasty). You can also inject your own fat or hyaluronic acid to recover the hydration and volume lost due to atrophy.

Scrotum

The scrotum may have: excessive wrinkles, excessive skin or a scrotum that joins the penis too far. If it is excessively wrinkled, it is treated by injecting well-distributed doses of botulinum toxin in the office without anesthesia (the famous "scrotox"). If there is excessive skin, a scrotal lift can be performed, removing the excess skin and hiding the scars well. If the scrotum joins the base of the penis too close to the tip, giving the appearance of a short penis, a plasty can be performed to relocate this joining point closer to the base of the penis.
