If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the person does not agree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if no response has been received.

  • It has been designed to adapt to current standards and regulations regarding accessibility, complying with the priority 2 (AA) verification points defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines specification (WCAG 2.1).
  • It is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera
  • It is designed to be displayed correctly on any resolution and device: desktop, tablet or mobile (responsive design)
    It has been created using HTML5 as the markup language and CSS 3 style sheets for its design.
    In addition, ongoing auditing and content review work is carried out to facilitate its interpretation and improve navigation through the web portal.

Requests for accessible information and complaints

Through the accessible information request form and accessibility complaints form you can submit:

a Complaint regarding compliance with the requirements of RD 1112/2018 or a Request for Accessible Information regarding: content that is excluded from the scope of RD 1112/2018 as established by article 3, section 4 content that is exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements for imposing a disproportionate burden.

In the Request for Accessible Information, the facts, reasons and request that allow it to be verified that it is a reasonable and legitimate request must be clearly specified.
